S.A.W.W level 4

​SAWW Level 4 (8-hour course)

* Levels one, two, and three are prerequisites to attend this training, as well as sufficient "trigger time"

• Introduction

• Review of levels 1, 2, and 3

• Limblock

• Toplock

• Tounge and Groove

• Log lift

• Flush cutting heavy stumps

• Double bore cut for large diameter trees

 

Level 4 provides additional safety training for maximum efficiency. It provides its participants with the practice and tools to fell complex trees and buck up at a working speed. This class will use various skills from the three previous levels, along with introducing and practicing technical cuts such as locks and lifts.
